Depending on the country you are in, you will need to fill in documents necessary to do the Customs Clearance. As the type of documents and procedures vary by country, you can obtain all the necessary information from your local Sales Agent.
The prices and promotions are confidential and are available only to Diplomatic Staff, properly accredited in their country of residence, who are able to produce authorisation from the appropriate authorities for the supply of the goods ordered.
Orders are final and cannot be altered once placed in the online store or after being confirmed as final by our Sales Agent.
We deliver directly to the Door according to delivery address stated by the Customer. In some countries Customer pick up from the Terminal may also be possible. For country specific details and delivery schedules please contact your local Sales Agent.
We reserve the right to impose a delivery, packing & handling and insurance charges, and set a minimum order value, which may vary dependent on the country of destination. Deliveries to addresses further than 10km from the city centre, and to cities other than the place of the Customs Clearance may be subject to additional charges.
All quoted prices are per single unit of the product, which is always stated in the catalogue beside the price. Prices in this catalogue are subject to market fluctuations and changes in exchange rates, consequently all prices are without guarantee and may be altered without prior notification.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the suppliers' price will remain stable during the validity of this catalogue, we reserve the right to amend the prices contained herein, without notice, following price changes from our suppliers.
Diplomatic Delivery reserves the right to amend prices which are erroneously quoted.
Products at discounted prices are available at our online store at www.diplomatic.delivery and in other materials delivered to the Customer. Any other price changes are subject to individual cooperation conditions with the Customer.
All items are subject to availability. Whilst Diplomatic Delivery will use every endeavour to ensure that the items listed are available, no guarantee to that effect is either given or implied. Due to forces beyond our control, we reserve the right to propose substitute goods in event of unavailable stock.

We accept payments in cash on delivery and bank transfer in EUR (Euro) and USD (US Dollars). All prices are indicated in EUR (Euro), if you want to make a payment in USD (US Dollars), Diplomatic Delivery will always calculate the invoice amount based on the official European Central Bank exchange rate fixed one day before the invoice date.
Payments in cash are accepted only at the point of delivery to the local Sales Agent, or other party authorized by Diplomatic Delivery to accept the payment. The payment receipt should be always kept by the Customer. Any order (with cash on delivery payment option chosen) without a cash receipt signed by an authorized party, will be considered as unpaid.
Please note that for safety reasons our messengers do not carry vast sums of money with them. Therefore we ask you to prepare the exact amount whenever possible.
Bank transfer payments are accepted up to 14 days after delivery, however we reserve the right to ask for prepayments prior to dispatch from our Warehouse. For bank transfers the bank account will be provided on the invoice. When making a transfer, please make sure you instruct that each party pays its own fee.
Diplomatic Delivery reserves the right to charge an interest of 1% monthly on overdue amounts and charge a reminder fee of 20 EUR for the second and every following reminder sent to the Customer.
Breakages & pilferages
All goods are carefully checked before leaving our Warehouses to ensure their perfect condition, but they should be examined immediately after arrival and any breakages or shortages should be notified immediately.
Unless claims are delivered to Diplomatic Delivery directly by way of a signed and scanned copy of the Claims form within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery, the Company will disclaim all responsibility.
Return of goods
Goods can only be returned by the Customer after written authorization by Diplomatic Delivery.
Customer claims must be made within 14 days from delivery of goods to the Customer. Refunds are subject to return of the goods in impeccable condition. When returning the goods, the Customer pays the direct costs and bears the risk of transportation.
We guarantee that all our products are original and present the highest quality. In case you have any doubts or questions about the goods received state, your claim/question should be submitted in written within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Diplomatic Delivery will not be responsible for any action by persons or other causes outside its direct control, which, in any way hinder or prevent the fulfilment of any order.
